- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to awarda sole source purchase order to Kochur Trummer, LLC., 9663 Tierra Grande Ste103, San Diego, CA, to provide logistics research and development support tothe LCS class ships worldwide, participate and collaborate with the PEO C4ITechnical Writer and Subjuct Matter Expert from Combat Systems and Hull,Mechanical and electrical to develop an overarching Total Ship ComputingEnvironment (TSCE) Operations and Network manual for each LCS class ship.This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full andopen competition and should not be considered a request for competitiveproposals. The determination of the Government not to open subjectrequirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
