- SOLICITATION TO SUBMIT SEALED BID FORMAL SALE 0082-S1109 A PROPERTY VALUE $2,543,144.14 Honeywell International Inc., 13350 US Highway 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33764 is offering for sale by sealed bid a wide variety of Government surplus property. This is your invitation for Bid. It contains a brief description of the property, sale terms, and a bid form. Bid amount is required by single lot which will include all items within that lot. There is only one lot for this sale. (If hard drives are included, Software will be used to overwrite/degauss information so that no information remains on the computer.) This sale will be in two parts. After receipt of the bids, Bidders who submit a Bid by the suspense date will be notified of the high bid received and offered an opportunity to make one final bid above the high bid that had been received.
