- Federal Supply Code (FSC) 8030, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 324122. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside for Asphaltum Compound used for coating the inner walls of metal cases prior to filling with explosives. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements contract. Minimum quantity is zero pounds with an estimated maximum quantity of 958,200 pounds. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). You may register via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx or contact CCR at 1-866-606-8220. Approximate issue date for solicitation is 09 February 2012 with opening date approximately 30 days from issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to these web sites and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
