- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Cappex.com, 2008 St Johns Ave, Highland Park, IL 60035, for a Cappex.com online recruitment resource. This online recruitment resource has a track record of 34% of all college-bound seniors utilizing this platform to discern their college match. This platform has the capability to deliver student inquiries to subscriber institutions based on candidate profile and search goals. The student will pass through their "Mutual Opt-In" process in order to initiate communication with West Point. Each applicant will be matched with West Point based on criteria they have submitted for themselves and search criteria that our school has designated. Once a match is created the student will confirm interest in order to release his/her information and West Point will receive their profile information and be allowed to contact the individual. This subscription will include unlimited campaigns, social media connect, embedded video, regional event emails, video inquiry package, counselor connect email, core and targeted campaigns, weekly inquiry delivery, automated email response, NextConnect, enhanced branding, Naviance targeted messaging, dedicated account manager, and two school overlap for converts. The anticipated period of performance is from 08 June 2012 through 07 June 2013 with one (1) one (1) year option period. The total award amount is estimated to be $40,000.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 611710 and the size standard is $7M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
