The due date has changed to 8 Feb 12 at 0400 CST. An amendment will posted shortly Altus Air Force Base is releasing a solicitation for the Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). Contractor is to set up and maintain a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) in government facilities and will be responsible for furnishing Civil Engineer-related supplies for use on Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Typical categories of supplies will include: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, HVAC, hardware, and related supplies for repair, maintenance, or remodeling of new or existing facilities/property. Contract performance is for a basic period of 01 Feb 2012 through 30 September 2012 with three (3) one-year option periods. This acquisition is expected to be a small business set-aside conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13 and 15, Simplified Acquisitions and Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS code for this acquisition is: 339999. This notice is a formal solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government will not provide reimbursement of costs associated with any documentation or communication submitted in response to this notice. Any submitted documentation, upon delivery, becomes the property of the U.S. Government and will not be returned. Questions or comments to this notice should be addressed to the Contracting Officer. All offerors doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at: http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling: 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award.
