- HDQMWR-12-R-0004 Develop and provide certification and accreditation services for designated non-appropriated CNIC Fleet and Family Readiness (N9) web-based and mobile applications specified in the tasks below, which include individual fitness, lodging, movies, entertainment, recreation, training, and apps promoting the overall N9 program. Provide CNIC's staff with sufficient knowledge and support to manage content and ensure timely updating of N9 information on web-based and mobile media applications. Redesign and reconfigure existing apps to meet requirements of N9 program managers. Provide sustainment for N9 apps currently in operation.
