- Based on variables introduced by the current budgeting realignments within the Department of Defense (DOD), fiscal year 2012 (FY-2012: 01 OCT 2011 through 30 SEP 2012) acquisition related efforts in support of the subject requirement have not been funded. Therefore, at this time the Navy is cancelling the subject requirement. In the event that funding is provided in the future (e.g., FY-2013) the Navy will re-solicit.
