- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to awarda sole source purchase order to REDCOM LABORATORIES., ONE REDCOM CTR,VICTOR, NY, to provide material for programmed technical refreshes for theNECC/MESF PROGRAM. The systems will be upgraded to increment addedcapabilities detailed within the NECC/MESF incrementation. This synopsis is anotice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competitionand should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. Thedetermination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full andopen competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at thediscretion of the Government. J&A document is attached. Information receivedwill be considered solely for the purpose of determining future procurements.
