- Pre-Solicitation Notice: Contractor to provide ten (10) Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Bed Services for homeless Veterans with a maximum stay of 90-days each bed. Services include room, meals, a degree of supervision, and other services described in the forthcoming solicitation/statement of work with regard to therapeutic and rehabilitative services with support and guidance toward set goals. The Contractor facility where the residential components of the contract will be provided must be within 20 miles of the Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky. The solicitation will be available on or about February 1, 2010. Only electronic offers will be accepted. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be submitted via email (Monica.kinderknecht@va.gov). Closing date for submission of proposals will be approximately 30 days following date of issue, 3:00PM CST.
