- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a sole source Delivery Order (D.O.) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with SAC, Startford, Connecticut. The anticipated D.O. will be for the efforts needed to design, develop, and test modifications to the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) Electronic Rapid Action Change (ERAC) process. SAC is the only contractor with the necessary data and capability to perform this effort for the MH-60R aircraft.
