- PR# 0044342206, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 2-9-12/CLOSING DATE 3-12-12 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 110 each for stock of NSN 1560-01-011-8826, Windshield Panel, AI. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. There is a First Article Test requirement for this NSN. There is also an electronic mylar for this NSN. This NSN is Export Controlled. Contractors must be JCP Certified to be considered for award. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 29 each ship to Defense Depot Susquehanna, PA 17070. PRLI0002, QTY 81 each ship to Defense Depot San Joaquin, CA 95304. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 480 days ARO (including FAT and Evaluation) or best attainable. There is a Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
