- FA8630-12-R-5006 Request for Proposal Solicitation Number: FA8630-11-R-5026 (Future Contract Number FA8630-12-M-5026) Notice Type: Solicitation This is a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has a requirement for computer hardware (laptop, tablet, and desktop). The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Solicitation No. FA8630-12-R-5006 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423430. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Each Offeror is required to submit their proposal as specified in the RFP provision 52.212-02, Evaluation of Commercial Items. Failure to provide any required information may result in an offer being determined as non-responsive. Proposals utilizing Standard Form 1449 should be submitted by e-mail to eric.johnson4@wpafb.af.mil. The Standard Form 1449 cover page must be signed and included in your proposal.
