- This is a DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP). It does NOT constitute a final Request for Proposal (RFP), nor serve to bind the United States Government (USG) in any way. The USG is not utilizing this document to negotiate or solicit offers and does not does not constitute a guarantee of a future RFP or requirement. The attached documents are solely for the purpose of seeking industry comment and feedback. It is preferred that only one set of questions be submitted by each Offeror instead of multiple sets of questions. Feedback shall be submitted to the Government not later than 08 February 2012. The DRAFT RFP for ITES-3H can be found at the FedBizOpps or ASFI websites under solicitation number W52P1J-11-R-0171.
