- Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement for the procurement of Pull Kits, Part Number W40000EX, in which a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract will be issued. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-12-T-0050 will be released O/A 13 February 2012, Closing date: O/A 27 February 2012. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
