- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary for the demolition and removal of existing asbestos for crawlspace abatement and sealing membrane installation at the Northampton VAMC. The construction cost range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable NAICS code is 562910 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factor of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be available issued on February 06, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for February 27, 2012 at 12:00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be set aside for Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB or VOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
