- NSN: 3110-00-669-8680, BEARING ASSEMBLY. Purchase Request Number 0041243640. Approved source: Kaydon Corporation (32828) P/N 123SCAM121-7; Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection - Acceptance at Origin. Stocked item. QCC-FCA Delivery is 172 DARO. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearing and bearing components (i.e. bearing element, retainer, inner/outer race). This NSN is a source controlled, critical application item and is not commercial. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 28 each. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). Deliveries will be to the DLA stock location on the east coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be February 10, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
