- Description
- This project is for construction of a new office building on the Upper Lake District of the Mendocino National Forest. The office building will be located in Upper Lake, Lake County, California. The project includes, building construction, demolition, site work, landscaping and parking areas. The building will be slab-on-grade. Connection to existing utilities will be required. Optional items will be included. The estimated value of the procurement is from $1 Million to $5 Million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2007 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Davis-Bacon Wage rates will apply to this contract. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. All responsible sources eligible under the set-aside may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. The subsequent contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The performance period will be 360 days unless otherwise specified. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about February 8, 2012. This will be a Best Value procurement. Offerors will be required to respond to evaluation criteria and submit this information with offers. All contract documents, specifications, drawings and amendments will be available at no charge on http://fbo.gov under the solicitation number above.
