- Description
- The work shall include but is not limited to: Base Bid: At the Clock Tower Annex Building roof, the work shall include, but is not limited to, repairing the single ply membrane roofing system over a low-sloped roof and barrel roof with Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer (EPDM) cover strips over the roof seams. At the barrel roof repair the saddles of barrel roof by replacement of insulation and single ply roof membrane. Replacement of wood decking where deteriorated. Perform other minor repairs. Option 1: At the crossover building, the work shall include, but is not limited to, asbestos testing, replacing the ballasted single ply membrane roof and insulation with new insulation and a fully adhered EPDM roofing membrane; and installation of metal coping over the stone coping.
