Description: DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR EXISTING LEASE LOCATION LOCATION: The VA currently occupies 2,440 NUSF of Clinic Space located at 93 Skidmore Lane in Sutton, West Virginia. The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to negotiate an expansion for an additional 1,420 NUSF at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The VA will relocate only after consideration of economic and other factors if more advantageous to the Government, including relocation cost, IT infrastructure, and tenant improvement to new location. The space must provide between 3,860 and 4,000 NUSF of space and be located on not more than one floor. On-site parking for 25 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2012. To be considered, space must be within a 1 mile radius of the current Community Based Outpatient Clinic at 93 Skidmore Lane in Sutton, WV. Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by February 2, 2012. Owners and exclusive agents only.
