- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation package for AG-84N8-S-12-0009, AVGAS Fuel Truck This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/offerors are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The USDA Forest Service /Utah Acquisition Support Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting quotes/offerors for the following requirement, AVGAS Fuel Truck for Region 4. Bids are due no later than February 14, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. (local time) and shall be submitted to: USDA/Forest Service, Utah Acquisition Support Center- 2nd floor ATTN: Tamera Draper 2222 W. 2300 S. Salt Lake City, Utah, 84119 The Synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items Offerors shall include: -A completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, -Furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number, -Central Contractor Registration Number, -DUNS Number. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
