- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit and award, a sole-source award to IVS 3D for Fledermaus Professional Software (20 copies) for the period of 01 April 2012 through 31 Mar 2013 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $25.0M. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
