- Important: This is a request for quotations, and quotations furnished are not offers. This request does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the submission of this quotation, or to contract for supplies or services. Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated by quoter. If you are unable to quote, please so indicate on this form and return. Seeking a Request for Quote for; P/N Air Sweeper, Tennant 414 S2D or equal. Please review the item descriptions: Seeking request for quote for 1 air sweeper, such as Tennant's 400 series, model #414 S2D or equal. Must have a cleaning path of at least 1,200 mm. Sweeping brush of at least 460 mm. Must be able to clean under planters, round benches, and other hard to reach places. Must have pulverizing impeller that reduces broken glass, tins, leaves, and other litter to one third their original size. Must have open sightlines. Must have volume capacity of at least 284 L (liters). Must have a wander hose length of at least 2.6 m. Must have a fuel capacity of 9.5 L. Must include at least a two-stage dust filtration system. Must include side brush water spray dust control. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. If equal, it must have the same functions, dimensions, and specifications as described in part number listed. If equal item, no additional costs should be incurred if item modification is required. Your respond should include pricing, delivery days ARO, FOB, country of origin, DUNS #, shipping cost if applicable, warranty information, package weight and dimensions. Award will be based on best value, best value is determined by past performance, delivery days, and pricing.
