GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: New Orleans, LA Delineated Area: Offered buildings must be located within the following boundaries: North: I-10 South: Jefferson Highway (US 90) East: N. Causeway Blvd. West: Williams Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,580 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 34,370 ABOA SF Rentable Sq. Ft. (RSF): 39,526 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 197 on-site Parking Spaces (Surface): 189 total parking spaces including: 179 spaces for employees, 8 for visitors, and 2 extra large spaces for vans. Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 8 secured spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Build out requirements to be determined upon lease award. Offered space must meet or have the potential to meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Subleases will not be considered. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Space shall not be located within a base 100 year flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative.
