Description

JUSTIFICATION NAICS Code: 541512 -Computer Systems Design Services The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) intends to issue a purchase order under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) -FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Distributed Solutions, Inc., 12350 Pinecrest Road, Reston, VA 20191-1637, to purchase the Electronic Procurement System (EPS) contract module end user and support software licenses in support of the DOL. This action will result in a Fixed Price award with a period of performance from 02/01/2012 through 01/31/2013. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three (3) days after date of publication (NLT JAN 27, 2012 3:00 PM EST) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
