- SUBJECT: This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Utah State University, College of Eastern Utah; 451 East 400 North, Price UT 84501 for a media package within their athletic department for a the period of 1 February 2012 to 1 June 2012. The package consists of: on-premise signage, apparel for athletes, and radio spots during athletic events. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated in the attached Justification and Approval, may submit a response; which, if received within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
