- Judge Sharpe Solicitation Part 2 Solicitation package SOW Judge Sharpe Part 3 Judge Sharpe SOW Part 1 Furnish and Provide labor and materials for Painting and Carpeting of Judge Sharpe Chambers Law Clerk Offices, courtroom deput office at the James T. Foley Courthouse in Albany, NY per attached statement of work. All contractors must be registered in the CCR and ORCA. A site visit will be conducted on February 7, 2012 at 10:00am, our office recommends a representative from your company attend the site visit. The contract will be awarded using best value, past performance and technical acceptable. All proposal must be submitted on SF1442 along with exhibit B. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged. Estimated Range of the project cost is from $23,000 to $32,000.
