- Notice 1 Purpose of this Notice is to Answer Questions and extend the closing date of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Q1) Regarding to your solicitation above for Bridge Crane System, could you please provide us the drawing per section 3.3 support structure? A1. PDF is attached. Q2) Is the Contractor able to put lateral bracing on the interior 2 columns on each side? A2. Yes Q3) In the Purchase Description, Section 3.7.2: Clarify the Control Pendant? A3. Add the following statement to Section 3.7.2: The six button control pendant for the 5 Ton Bridge Crane shall be attached to the hoist/trolley and control hoist, trolley, and bridge movement. Closing date and time are changed from 25 January 2012 at 11:00 a.m. to 30 January 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
