Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice for this requirement previously posted - see details below from prior posting. Solicitation will be available on the website 1/24/2012. The VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD requires contractor(s) to provide urology services on a per procedure basis at the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Solicitation will be paid on a per procedure basis with percentage of Medicare being the basis for payment. These services are required for veteran patients of the Sioux Falls VAMC in accordance with the statement of work. NAICS 621111 with a size standard of $10.0 million. The solicitation will be available on the website o/a 10/28/2011. Any amendments issued will also be posted on the website; it is the offeror's responsibility for obtaining any amendments.
