This is a pre-solicitation notice for Mammography Services in accordance with FAR Part 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Atlanta Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 700 S. 19th Street, Birmingham, AL 35233, intends to Sole Source a contract to St. Joseph's. The intended contract is anticipated as a 6 month interim contract as follows: The guaranteed minimum contract amount, for this contract and any options exercised, is $1,000.00 and the maximum contract amount, for this contract and any options exercised, shall not exceed $1,000,000.00. Orders will be placed at time of award (or at time of option(s) exercised if applicable) for the estimated quantity for that period of performance.
