- United States Government Seeks Sources for Leased Office and Related Space Columbia, Missouri Requirement: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease quality office and related space consisting of approximately 46,044 BOMA Office Area square feet of space. The configuration of the space shall provide an efficient utilization of space. Location: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: City Limits of Columbia, Missouri Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy by July 14, 2013. Lease Term: The proposed rental term shall be 10 years, five years firm. Tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must be altered to meet the Federal Government's requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. This is an inquiry for available space only, not an invitation to bid.
