Description

The W.G. Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC is seeking the services of a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that will provide all labor and material to build Building 17B: a new concrete floor/base and pre-fab warehouse structure that includes office space, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and landscaping, in accordance with the plans and specifications at the VA Medical Center in Salisbury. NC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33.5M. All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection, punch-list, and clean-up. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on/about February 10, 2012. A pre-bid walk-through will be held on or about two weeks after the posting of the solicitation. These dates are estimates. The actual dates will be stated in the solicitation. The deadline for receipt of questions is ten days prior to the bid opening. The Contracting Officer's email address is Courtney.Redic@va.gov. Firms submitting a bid must be registered at both Central Contractor Registry and Vet Biz (CVE Certified). The Online Representations and Certifications must be completed by each firm submitting a proposal prior to the bid opening date.
