- Description
- VISN 6 CAS will issue on or about February 9, 2012 RFP VA246-12-B-0081, Perimeter Fence and Security Gate. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Perimeter Fence and Security Gates project as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, Concrete curve, walks, grading, drainage, electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures, construction and other items. All work, including final inspection and completion of punchlist items shall be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The government anticipates award without discussions. NAICS 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a small business size standard of $14.0 M applies to this procurement. The procurement is set-aside to qualified service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Offers from other than SDVOSB firms shall not be accepted. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately two weeks after the issuance of the solicitation. The exact date, time, and location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. There will be no public opening of the proposals. The estimated dollar amount of this procurement is between $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00
