- TYPE I SHELF LIFE This NSN has shelf life. Products delivered under this contract shall be manufactured/cured/assembled to ensure that a minimum of 85% shelf-life is remaining at time of receipt by the first government activity. SHelf life markings shall be in accordance with the latest revision of MIL-STD-129. Shelf life for this NSN is as follows: TYPE I SHELF LIFE IS 180 MONTHS. NSN 6115-00-357-2592, Parts Kit, Servovalve, Overhaul, Parker Hannifin Corporation, CAGE 49695/59211, P/N 71725. DLAA does not have technical data for this item. Numbered note 22 applies, only one source. Solicited Unrestricted, not a set aside, Other than Full & Open competition. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A request for a copy of the solicitation should be made to the Acquisition Specialist. If it is determined more than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs, the Acquisition Specialist shall issue the RFP and post to the DLA-DIBBS website. This is a proposed firm fixed priced contract for qty of 180 EACH, FOB origin, inspection/acceptance origin. This is not a critical application item. Required delivery is within 178 DARO, (phased delivery acceptable). Delivery locations: 50 EA to 7537 Wardleigh Rd., Hill AFB, Utah 84056-5734, and 130 EA to 3301 F Ave. Cen Rec Bldg 506 Dr 22, Tinker AFB, Ok. 73145-8000. If a formal RFP is issued, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 06, 2012.
