- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled RFI for Instrument Systems andTechnology Engineering Services, which was posted on Dec 29, 2011. You are notified thatthe following questions and answers are provided: 1) Should the 1 page summary and Statement of Capabilities be separate files, or combinedinto one document?Answer: There is no preference2)Is Word 2010 acceptable?Answer: GSFC currently has Microsoft 2007. Word 2010 is not acceptable.3) Do cover pages and Table of Contents count towards the 10 page limits, or is it justthe Capabilities material?Answer: A one page summary and a maximum 10 page capability statement is anticipated. No additional pages are requested.4) Can a transmittal letter be used?Answer: Same as shown in item 3)above.5) Regarding the font size requirements, would you consider changing the font type toTimes New Roman 12 pt? The Arial font is significantly larger and presents problems,particularly in tablesAnswer: Times New Roman 12 pt is acceptable.The due date for responses is not extended.Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any).
