- Description
- The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for heating oil to be delivered to the USAR Center found at 11 Industrial Park, Romney, WV 26757. The contractor will be required to deliver heating oil, on an as needed basis, for the period of one year. The USAR facility has 2 oil tanks, one 3,000 gallon tank and one 1,500 gallon tank. Delivery will need to be on an on call basis beginning on or about 1 March, 2012 and ending on or about 28 February, 2013. This requirement will be full and open competition utilizing NAICS 324110 (Petroleum Refineries). A solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 25-Jan-2012 with an anticipated award date of 29-Feb-2012. Simplified acquisition procedures found at FAR part 13 will be utilized for this requirement. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer provides the lowest price that is found to be technically acceptable. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov, or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. Offeror Representations and Certifications must also be completed before award. Reps and Certs can be completed at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Lastly, payments will be made through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
