- Purchase Request: 0044200681, NSN: 1560-01-476-7327, Part Number: 209-030-507-103. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are Bell Helicopter Textron, Cage 97499 and Llamas Plastics, Cage 8P093. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, who will like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR) to DLA Aviation. This solicitation will result in (a) firm fixed-fixed price contract(s). There is a requirement of 41 total parts for this PR with a 50% small business set aside that applies with 20 parts set aside to a small business and 21 parts are unrestricted. The requirement is for 9 each, Tracy, CA (PRLI 0001); 10 each, Cherry Point, NC (PRLI 0002); 22 each, New Cumberland, PA (PRLI 0003), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 405 days ARO. ABVS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI), with a First Article Test (FAT). All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The solicitation issue date is February 7, 2012. The anticipated closing date is February 22, 2012.
