- ***This posting is for informational purposes only, please do not respond*** This is being posted as a requirement of the Recovery Act. In support of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, the Integrated Data Repository will provide data services for use by the National Level Repository (NLR) in making payment determinations. Under this task order, the NLR Data Quality contractor shall be established to perform all of the necessary functions to ensure that the data and data services provided by the IDR for Part A and Part B claims are "payment grade."
