- This document displays a visual representation of the SSA's current storage architecture. This document answers questions presented by vendors in response to the initial notice. The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking information about sources capable of providing an enterprise disk storage infrastructure and services including Direct Access Storage Device (DASD) equipment as detailed in the attached documents. See the following attachments: 1. SSA RFI 2. SSA Infrastructure Description This notice is hereby amended to: 1. Answer vendor questions (see attachments for details) 2. Extend the response date to 2/8/12. Upon posting of this amended notice, SSA will not accept further questions regarding this RFI. Only final capability statements will be accepted.
