- Approved Limited Sou The work to be performed under this task order is at the Region 1 GSA Public Buildings Service at the Norris Cotton Federal Building in Manchester, New Hampshire. The contractor shall design, deliver and install the following; a Physical Access Control System (PACS) with FIPS-201/HSPD-12 compliant access control readers/associated equipment and components based upon the Governments drawings for the facility located throughout the building (Sally Port Area, 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor areas). The readers and components are to be installed and connected to the recently installed GSA PBS FIPS-201 HSPD-12 compliant access control patch panels located throughout the building.
