- Water Cooled Load Bank N00421-12-T-0145 is being issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This request is set-aside for Total Small Business under authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. Item Description: 60Kw DC load bank with 400V modules. The unit will have master slave operations with each unit at 12Kw for a total of five units summing 60Kw in parallel. The unit will be Water Cooled and supplied with inline water filters on the input side. 120V Input Power. USB, Ethernet, 232, GPIB Communications. 0V to 10VAnalog input. Response times and resolution to meet equivalent load bank specified below. The 60Kw unit cabinet size will be no more than 48 inches in height. >=60 Kw Water Cooled Load Bank Digital Control Modular Loads Capable of being Paralleled or used individually Analog, Ethernet or 232 communications Modules Capable of handling up to 100V Closed-Case Calibration 10V Analog Input The unit specifications must meet or exceed the part number listed herein to be considered: P/N: WC488SYS35-400060 0-400V, 0-1200A, 60KW, Water-cooled Electronic Load System. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
