- The RFI response time will for questions 4, 5, and 7 is extended to 3 Feb 21, 2012. The Joint Threat Emitter Follow On Production Program has a Spring Funding Review in February 2012. The Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) is critical to securing adequate funding for the JTE Source Selection. We are requesting that contractors provide an 80% confidence ROM for budgetary use. The response time for questions 1, 2, 3, 6, and 8 will remain unchanged, 25 Jan 2012.
