- This pre-solicitation notice is for the acquisition of title evidence and closing services. The requirement is to provide such services nationwide, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the property is situated and the Standards for the preparation of Title Evidence in land acquisition by the United States. These properties are located throughout the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. No submittals are required at this time. A solicitation with the scope of work will be posted on or around February 8, 2012. The solicitation will be a small business set-aside. Interested firms should have 541191 among their approved NAICS codes. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible to receive an award from any Government solicitation.
