- Title: Provide Paving, Grading and Drainage Requirements for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning, Georgia and Associated Sites: W911SF-12-B-0002 The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Installation Contracting Office, Fort Benning 31905-1339 anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for the Paving, Grading and Drainage Requirements at Fort Benning, Georgia. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System Code is 237310 (Highway, Street and Bridge Construction) and the small business size standard is $33.5 Million. This procurement is set aside for Small businesses nationwide. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract to a single awardee. A solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) utilizing FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. This solicitation and all amendments will be issued via internet only at the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps) at https://www.fbo.gov on or about February 7, 2012 with an anticipated closing date of March 8, 2012. It is each Offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the internet; it is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI and FedBizOpps website daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. A job site visit will be scheduled based on individual delivery orders. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for the award.
