The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for mowing, cleaning, services at Mohawk Dam and other Walhonding Area Projects, Warsaw, Ohio. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated, NTE $1,200,000. The contract will be awarded for a base year with four additional one year option periods. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been evaluated as most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Experience; (B) Past Performance; (C) Management Plan; and (D) Equipment. Factors A through C are equal in importance and Factor D is significantly less important than A through C. A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 23, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at Mohawk Dam, 36007 State Route 715, Warsaw, Ohio.
