- Gospel Music Accompanist This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-12-Q-0056-GospelMusicAccompanist is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53; Defense Circular Number 20110629; Air Force Circular 2011-0421. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 813110 with a size standard of $25M. In quote, contractor shall provide pricing breakdown for base year and option year CLINs. CLIN 0001 - Gospel Service Musician Sunday Services 52 sessions CLIN 0002 - Extra/Special Performances 12 sessions CLIN 0003 - Weekly Rehearsals 52 sessions First Option Year: FY 2013 CLIN 1001 - Gospel Service Musician Sunday Services 52 sessions CLIN 1002 - Extra/Special Performances 12 sessions CLIN 1003 - Weekly Rehearsals 52 sessions Second Option Year: FY 2014 CLIN 2001 - Gospel Service Musician Sunday Services 52 sessions CLIN 2002 - Extra/Special Performances 12 sessions CLIN 2003 - Weekly Rehearsals 52 sessions Third Option Year: FY 2015 CLIN 3001 - Gospel Gospel Service Musician Sunday Services 52 sessions CLIN 3002 - Extra/Special Performances 12 sessions CLIN 3003 - Weekly Rehearsals 52 sessions Fourth Option Year: FY 2016 CLIN 4001 - Gospel Service Musician Sunday Services 52 sessions CLIN 4002 - Extra/Special Performances 12 sessions CLIN 4003 - Weekly Rehearsals 52 sessions Description: Contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, supervision, management, and anything else required to perform Gospel Worship Music Accompanist Services for the 11:30 Protestant Gospel Community worship service every Sunday at Hope Chapel on Davis-Monthan AFB in accordance with the attached Statement of Work Work will be completed at the Hope Chapel on Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. Work for the base year shall commence 1 October 2011 and end 30 September 2012. Subsequent option years, if extended, start and end on the same date of their respective years. The provision at FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price. Technical capability will also be reviewed and evaluated to determine acceptability in accordance with the Statement of Work.
