- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Darryl Wright, Contract Specialist, email: darryl.wright2@us.army.mil. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone proposes to award a contract for tactical and non-tactical, Integrated Family of Test Equipment (IFTE) Base Shop Test Facility (BSTF)/Commercial Equivalent Equipment (CEE)/Electro-Optics Test Station (EOTS)/Electro-Optics Test Facility (EOTF)/Next Generation Automated Test System (NGATS) Repair and Calibration of Secondary Items for Fiscal Year 2012 through FY 2016, by other than full and open competition to Northrop Grumman Corporation, 600 Hicks Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008-1098, (Cage Code: 26916). The new contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)five-year requirements contract, consisting of the repair and calibration items which are planned to be Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF). The repair of tactical and non-tactical Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) will have a maximum ceiling for number of repairs. The repair and calibration portion of this contract cannot be adequately defined to develop a fixed price as there are various levels of repair required. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Northrop Grumman Corp. The Government suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. This acquisition covers potential future requirements for five (5) years; however, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. Orders will be issued one or more times as repair and return materialize.
