Description
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to purchase a Portable Interference Monitor Detection System (PIMDS) to accomplish its radio spectrum interference resolution mission. The FAA is seeking a Contractor to provide the (PIMDS) equipment. This is a full and open competition. The Principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical and Nautical Systems and Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. Written questions or comments must be submitted to the FAA no later than 2:00pm ET on February 6, 2012. Please coordinate facsimile submissions. Questions and responses that clarify SIR details may be provided to all Offerors; however, the source of questions will not be identified. SIR Number DTFAWA-12-R-00003 is attached. The Offeror's completed proposal must be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. local time on February 27, 2012. It is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
