- U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION MIAMI, FL REQUIREMENT: The U. S. Government currently occupies 49,360 rentable square of office and related space and utilizes one (1) structured parking in Miami, Florida under a lease that will expire on July 31, 2012. GSA plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for a term of ten (10) years with five (5) years firm, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs (estimated at $1,718,051.63). Alternate locations must also include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs as well as the cost to move data and telecommunications lines. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area: North: NE 6th Street South: SW 15 th Street East: Biscayne Bay West: NW 1st Ave. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be 10 years (8/01/2012 to 07/31/2022). Occupancy is desired no later than August 1, 2012. OWNERS AND AGENTS : To submit a location for consideration, contact this office in writing via email, or US Mail by February 3, 2012 4:30pm EST. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
