- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 16, Oklahoma City VA Medical Center, has a need to approve a "Justification for Other Than Full and Open" requirement in accordance with FAR 6.3, Other Than Full and Open Competition. The requirement will be solicited under FAR 6.302-2: Unusual and compelling urgency is based on the need to contract prescription medication to be used for patient care and emergency requirement for the purchase of Gammaked 20 mg. from McKesson Plasma and Biologics LLC, 401 Mason Rd, La Vergne, TN 37086. The estimated value of this obligation/purchase order will be $30,600. At this current time, it is not practicable to solicit offers for Gammaked 20mg due to the urgency of the requirement and the short turn-around in time available to acquire needed pharmaceutical product for patient care. Location is the VAMC Oklahoma City, 921 N.E. 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. NAICS Code 424210 applies.
