(ABOA): 12,663 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 19 Parking Spaces (Structured): 11 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 30 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: No Option Additional Requirements: Space on the 2 nd Floor or above is preferred, contiguous space is preferred Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
